mixed feelings about the location and room condition

the room was not as shown in pictures online it was small there was no liquid soap in the bathroom to wash hands that surprised me and its the 21st century it made me feel a bit disappointed about the hotel

The staff was okay. They got me what i needed. the location was decent enough, nothing lovely though.
The room was just awful. I'm talking cramped doesn't even begin to cover it. it was like they crammed furniture in just to fill space, and the result was i could barely move around. the furniture was old too!!!

the room was clean. the bed was really comfortable and the sheets were nice. i appreciated the central location of this hotel as it was close to many attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful .
the ac wasn't adjustable, so the room did get quite warm at night.

this location is near several metro stations. many street cafés are nearby. the opera area is easily accessible. champs elysées is also reachable on foot. a bus to the opera is available from the accommodation.
